• - If for any reason members are not satisfied with the products, the members may return the product to us within 60 days if the product is unopened.

• - Individual items that belong to a set.
• - The product exceeds 60 days from the purchase date.
• - Product is damaged due to member's responsibility.
• - Same product type was returned before.

• - The company will make a refund if you notify the company within 60 days of the date of purchase.
• - The company will exchange products that are incorrectly sent, or are damaged, with condition that the company is notified within 48 hours from the date of receipt.
• - In case of a refund, all distributed commission and PV will be readjusted accordingly.

• - Please return the product to the designated address (which you can obtain from us) along with the product return/exchange form.
• - All return shipping cost (if any) should be paid by sender.
• - Products sent to the company without prior approval from the company will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
