To become an Atomy Canada member, you can register on the Atomy Canada website by clicking on "Join Us" and following the instructions provided.

You will need the sponsor's membership ID and guest password to complete the registration process. If you do not have the sponsor's membership ID and guest password, please contact Atomy Canada Customer Support Centre via email at atomy_ca@atomypark.com. We will assist you in the registration process!
To become a member of Atomy Canada, you must meet the following conditions:

2. Any resident of Canada **
** Canadian Citizen & Permanent Residents are eligible to upgrade to the Absolute membership & can claim commission

No, there are NO registration fees, website usage fees, annual fees, or monthly quotas required to become an Atomy member. Membership is completely free from the outset and remains so.

Remember, maintaining your membership is simple: just make at least one purchase within a year!
Atomy Canada offers an upgraded membership level known as Absolute Membership. This membership tier is available to any resident of Canada who initially registers as a regular customer (regular member). Upon registration, Canadian citizens or Permanent residents of Canada have the opportunity to upgrade their membership to Absolute Membership.

To successfully upgrade to Absolute Membership and qualify for commissions, members must upload the following required documents on the Atomy Canada website:

1. SIN Document: This can include a SIN letter, recent T4, or any other official document containing your Social Insurance Number.
2. Government Issued Photo ID: A photocopy of a valid passport, driver's license, or any other government-issued photo ID.
3. Personal Checking Bank Document: This could be a Direct Deposit Form or a Void Cheque, providing proof of your personal checking bank account.

It's important to ensure that all required documents display your legal name and match the name in your Atomy profile for a successful upgrade to Absolute Membership.
To update your profile information, simply navigate to the 'Edit My Account' page. Please note that some information can be changed and some cannot be changed.

1. Can be modified : Address, Bank information, Password (Private & Guest), Phone number, Email address
2. Can NOT be modified: Name. Date of Birth, Last 3 digits of SIN #

Additionally, members have a two-week window from their registration date to make any necessary corrections to their name or date of birth. You can easily update this information by visiting 'Edit My Account' during this period.
No, you can only have one Atomy membership. If you are married, you and your partner share one Atomy membership.

All members have a 30-day window to recover their membership from the expiration date.

To begin the membership recovery process, please complete the Membership Recovery Form and submit it to us via registered email. Please note that for verification purposes, a Government Photo ID is required. If the member is an Absolute membership, a SIN document is also required.

If you would like to re-activate your membership, please fill out the attached 'Membership Recovery Form (Consumber Membership or Absolute Membership)' completely and send it to Atomy Canada Customer Support Centre via email : atomy_ca@atomypark.com

Please remember: Once your membership is successfully recovered, it's essential to make a purchase within 24 hours.
You can close your Atomy membership anytime without any conditions. To close your membership, simply click on "Close Membership" from the 'Edit My Account' page. If you choose to close the account yourself, you may re-register again one year after the date of account closure.
